Typographical Errors

In the event that a Bratt Sports  product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bratt Sports  reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bratt Sports  reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bratt Sports  shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Terms and conditions for purchases from Bratt Sports

General Sales Conditions

All sales are final once the merchandise has been shipped.  If an order is partially backordered the customer will be given the option of canceling their entire order or accepting partial shipment. If the customer chooses to accept partial shipment, once a portion of the order has been shipped that portion can not be cancelled or refunded.
Bratt Sports reserves the right to make substitutions in the design of the merchandise that do not materially alter the function of the bat, the weight, or the length.

Warranty

Bratt Sports hereby warrants to the original consumer purchaser only that this product will be free in normal use of any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the consumer’s original date of purchase directly from Bratt Sports or from a reseller authorized by Bratt Sports. At its sole option, Bratt Sports will repair or replace the defective product and promptly return it to you. In order for this warranty to be valid, the consumer must either have registered the product with Bratt Sports within 30 days of purchase or, at the time the product is returned, provide proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase receipt directly from Bratt Sports or an authorized reseller.

If you believe the product is defective within the warranty period please contact Bratt Sports for return instructions. Do not return any merchandise without first contacting Bratt Sports.

This warranty is not transferrable. The warranty does not apply in cases of abuse or misuse of the product, use contrary to Bratt Sport’s instructions, ordinary wear and tear, an act of God, negligent use, purchase from a party other than Bratt Sports or an authorized reseller, unauthorized repair, or modification of the product.
Al implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed to the extent permitted under applicable laws and, to the extent not permitted, are hereby limited to the duration and terms of this warranty. Bratt Sports also hereby disclaims all liability for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty supersedes all other warranties that are associated or included with this product.

Damages in Shipping

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Bratt Sports within 30 days of delivery. Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Bratt Sports will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Do not return any merchandise without first contacting Bratt Sports.

Errors and Omissions

Bratt Sports reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions, including errors in pricing.
